5. Laboratory Bookings

• Users may choose Home Sample Collection or Lab Visit options.
• Appointment times are subject to availability.
• Users are responsible for providing accurate booking information.
• Laboratory services are performed by qualified partner laboratories.

6. Payments

• Payments may be made online through approved payment gateways such as Paystack.
• Pay on Delivery may be available in selected locations.
• Prices displayed on the platform may change without prior notice.
• Orders will only be processed after successful payment verification where applicable.

7. Laboratory Results

Laboratory results are provided by partner laboratories. N-Medix facilitates result delivery but does not independently verify laboratory findings.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Using the platform for fraudulent activities.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform.
• Violating applicable laws and regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

N-Medix acts as a platform connecting users with healthcare service providers. While we strive to ensure quality service, we are not liable for medical outcomes, delays caused by third parties, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
