No-ACH Tablet is a fixed dose combination of Aceclofenac 100mg, Paracetamol 500mg & Chlorzoxazone 250mg. Aceclofenac belongs to Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs category. Paracetamol is an analgesic and an antipyretic where as chlorzoxazone is a muscle relaxant which gives pain relief.
