At N-Medix, we prioritize the fast and secure delivery of your medications and healthcare products. We partner with verified local pharmacies and trusted courier networks to deliver your orders directly to your doorstep.

2. Delivery Locations

We currently offer delivery services across key zones in Katsina State and surrounding regions. We are continuously expanding our operational coverage area to reach more communities.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address and selected zone. You can review the applicable delivery charge before finalizing your order payment.

4. Delivery Timescales

• Standard Delivery: Orders are typically fulfilled and delivered within 1 to 3 hours of placement, depending on proximity and stock availability.
• Express Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 4:00 PM are guaranteed to be delivered the same day.
• Care+ Refill Delivery: Automated refill deliveries are pre-scheduled and dispatched to arrive on or before your designated refill due dates.

5. Cold Chain Medications

For insulin and other temperature-sensitive medications requiring cold-chain handling, our riders utilize insulated temperature-controlled cooler bags to maintain product integrity throughout the delivery journey.

6. Prescription Verification

Orders containing prescription-only medicines (POM) will only be dispatched after our pharmacist confirms and validates the uploaded doctor's prescription. The physical prescription may be reviewed by the rider upon delivery.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is assigned to a rider, you can track its progress directly through your Account Dashboard under "My Orders". Real-time status notifications will also keep you updated.
